Baked Crispy flax munchies

Baked Crispy flax munchies ( crackers).  The healthiest snack you could munch on provided you keep an eye on your macros.
Ingredients:
30 grams flax seeds in powdered form or make one, in a coffee grinder
Water.
Himalayan pink salt.
Any seasoning of your choice( jeera, chilly flakes and a tiny pinch of chilly powder).
This makes exactly 5 crackers.
Steps to prepare:
1. Mix all the dry ingredients and add some water, enough to make a ball.
2. Take a baking sheet, line with parchment. If you don’t have parchment, just grease the sheet.
3. Press down the ball and roll thin.
4. Make cuts with a knife so that they come off easily after baking
5. In a preheated oven at 200°C , bake for 10 minutes, till the edges brown a bit.
For best results grind the flex seeds at the time you want to prepare the munchies. Adjust the recipe as per your requirement
