Avocadoes are known to be a fruit rich in fats, but not many are aware of its wonderful nutritional profile which makes it well worth to be included into your daily diet. Here’s a little glimpse into the several benefits of this superfood:

Each 100 gms of its serving provides 20 essential health boosting vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Potassium, Copper, and many more.

Other than just being rich in fats, it is also rich in both soluble and insoluble fibre. About 1 cup of its serving provides 10 grams of fibre, hence, keeps you satiated and helps in keeping blood sugar levels in check.
