Chocolate -Cauliflower Burfi

Chocolate -Cauliflower Burfi:

Cauliflower florets: 100 g
Cocoa powder: 2 tsp
Stevia: 40 mg
Almond flour- 1 tsp
Flax seed flour: 1 tsp
Covonut flour: 1 tsp
Water: 1 tbspn
Cinnamon: 1/2 tsp
Salt: pinch of
Butter: 2 tsp
For ganache ( chocolate layer)
Unsalted butter: 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder: 2 tsp
Stevia: 40mg
Steps to Prepare:
1. Boil or steam cauliflower florets, until soft.Drain well n blend till smooth.Stir in 2 tsp of butter.Add cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut flour n flax seed powder, stevia, cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
2. Preheat microwave at 180 degree C, lineup a parchment paper in a baking dish. Spread the mixture on to the baking dish.
3. Bake it at 180C for 25 mins, until it becomes firm. Now take the burfi out of the microwave.

4. Use a pan to heat butter, switch off the flame and add cocoa powder and stevia. Once the mixture is stirred, pour it on the set burfi. Freeze it for 1 hour.
5. The burfi is now set along with the thick chocolate layer above. Garnish it with coconut flakes and pieces of almonds.  Sit back and enjoy your diet mithai.
