Welcome to the second issue of FITMAG!
The month of April is the start of a new financial year. In this month we reassess our savings and investments, making plans for the year ahead. But we forget about our greatest investment – our Health. In this month take stock of this precious investment also.
All of us have things that are holding us back, challenging us and urging us to learn and grow. They have the potential to make this year different from the one before it.
What promises did you make to yourself at the start of the year?
Use this month to reset your resolve and make progress towards conquering your fitness goals and challenges. If you ignore this inner voice, the same challenges will await you when the year draws to a close. Now is as good a time as any to take on those challenges.
In this issue, to help you on your fitness journey, we cover the two biggest obstacles faced by those trying to get fit. First, how to gain muscles without gaining tons of fat. And secondly, how to overcome a weight loss plateau.
We also have an inspiring transformation story to share with you. Her weight loss was phenomenal and she was voted by so many of you, to be the featured ‘Transformation of the Month’.
