200 gm boneless chicken pieces, 20gm cream cheese, 10 gm fresh cream
5 to 7 soaked peeled almonds, 4 to 5 garlic cloves, Salt as per taste, Black pepper as per taste.
- Grind cream cheese, fresh cream almonds garlic black pepper and salt together and make a nice thick paste.
- Marinate the chicken in the paste for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Grill in oven for 20 minutes.
- The tikka is ready to serve.
