Dear FITMAG Family,
The last 12 months have been crazy! We got in touch with some of the best names in the fitness and sports arena and got up close with them. We worked hard to educate people about fitness and equipped them with the right tools and knowledge so that they could become the best versions of themselves. And in what feels like just a few moments, here we are, on the last FITMAG issue of 2018.
December is here – the last festive month of the year – and it brings with it new hopes, goals, and dreams. It also brings with it elaborate cake-eating rituals before you embark on the journey of your New Year Resolutions. Alright then, so be it!
Let’s celebrate the month of Christmas with an extra dose of knowledge and some crazy hacks on how to celebrate your Christmas without falling too deep into the sin pit!
We have a Ripped Santa on the cover – none other than the Head Prep Coach of Renaissance Periodization IFBB Pro Jared Feather who visited us at Connect 2018 in Pune this November. Jared talks about what keeps him motivated and we also get an insight into who he is.
