100 gm paneer, 50gm cauliflower, 50 gm spinach, 1 tea spoon kasuri methi
1 teaspoon dhaniya jeera powder, Red chilli powder and salt as per taste
1 tbsp husk, 1tbsp ghee
- Mix all ingredients together except ghee and keep it in freezer for 10 mins.
- After 10 mins, use the mix to make flat tikis and shallow fry it in ghee.
- Serve with pudina chutney (pudina + coriander + lemon).
