200 gms soya flour
2tsp instant yeast
- Bind the dough with luke warm water.Cover and keep it aside for one hour for first proofing.
- Deflate the dough and place it in greased tin.
- Cover and proof it for another 15min.
- Pre-heat oven at 160 degrees for 10min and bake it for 20min.
- Once baked brush it with little butter allow it to cool and enjoy.
