Soya Bread

200 gms soya flour
2tsp stevia
2tsp instant yeast
1tsp salt



  1. Bind the dough with luke warm water.Cover and keep it aside for one hour for first proofing.
  2. Deflate the dough and place it in greased tin.
  3. Cover and proof it for another 15min.
  4. Pre-heat oven at 160 degrees for 10min and bake it for 20min.
  5. Once baked brush it with little butter allow it to cool and enjoy.
